Rights and Responsibilities
The Rights and Responsibilities Training Module explores how worker cooperatives balance member rights with responsibilities to foster a strong ownership culture. Participants will learn how shared governance, financial risks, and entrepreneurial thinking contribute to the cooperative's success. By the end of the session, you'll gain practical insights into building a sustainable, democratic workplace where rights and responsibilities align for long-term impact.
